Jump training on mini trampolines has been research proven in providing many health benefits, including;

Unlike trampolining where the aim is to put as much distance between your feet and the trampoline’s surface in slow jumping movements - the emphasis on rebounding is a higher tempo movement of the lower body as well as the downward push through the balls of the feet staying close to the jumping area. Constantly working against gravity, your exercise body weight can become up to 3 times heavier than normal at the bottom of the bounce due to the increase in G-forces – sending your calorie burn through the roof!

For years, we've preached the many health benefits of running, and still do - but trampoline training has recently been discovered to be a more effective training method than traditional running training to increase maximal oxygen consumption and reducing fat percentage. In addition, trampoline training has a significant effect on vertical jumping distance in young healthy men! What a fantastic new fun toy for performance training!


This 2016 study, published in the International Journal of Sports Science, concluded that rebounding exercise is twice as effective at improving aerobic fitness and 50% more efficient at burning fat than running. It also showed that exercising on a mini-trampoline increased vertical jumping ability.

In 2019, we physically immersed ourselves into the jumping world (along with some unsuspecting client volunteers) and were thrilled at the many benefits we experienced first hand. We knew from first bounce it would be a fantastic addition in our training methods to;
